Could 3 AI agents replace your $4,800/month virtual assistant?

Plug in your current VA cost and which tasks they do. The calculator shows a per-task replaceability percentage and a realistic 2026 AI-stack cost ($97 to $197/month for most solopreneurs). It also tells you which tasks AI cannot replace, so you don't make a brittle decision.

This is an estimator, not a promise. The point is to put explicit numbers on a decision most solopreneurs make on vibes.

How the math works

Each task has a 2026-realistic replaceability percentage (email 90%, calendar 95%, research 80%, content 70%, support 75%, bookkeeping 60%, data entry 95%, lead research 90%) and a per-month AI tooling cost. The savings line is your VA cost minus AI stack cost, weighted by which tasks are checked and how much of each is actually replaceable.

What AI is great at

Repeatable, well-specified, low-judgment work: drafting email replies, sorting inboxes, summarizing research, drafting content, pulling lead lists, categorizing transactions, formatting data, generating reports. These are the lines with high replaceability.

What AI is not great at (yet)

Sensitive client conversations, judgment calls under ambiguity, in-person errands, anything where the cost of a wrong answer is high. The calculator deliberately scores these tasks below 80% replaceability — you should keep a human in the loop, even if it's fewer hours.

If the savings number is meaningfully four-figures-per-month, the friction is usually "I don't have time to set up three new tools and wire them together." That is what the paid offer solves.

Why a calculator and not a sales pitch

If the number this page produces is small for you, the right answer is to not buy. The calculator deliberately uses your inputs instead of hard-coding a vendor-flattering result. That is the non-slimy version of lead generation: give the math away, let the number make the decision.
