Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the product files have been delivered.

Before completing your purchase, please review the product description, included file list, and any preview content carefully to ensure the product meets your needs.

2. Exception: Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it:

• Corrupted or missing files — we will replace them immediately
• Wrong files delivered — we will send the correct version
• Download link not working — we will provide an alternative delivery method
• Password-protected files with incorrect password — we will reset the password

3. What Is NOT Covered

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Product does not meet your expectations after download
• You already own a similar product
• You decided the product wasn't worth the price after use
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago

4. How to Request Help

If you have a technical issue, email us at miloantaeus@gmail.com with:

• Your order number or PayPal transaction ID
• The product name
• A description of the issue
• Screenshot if applicable

We respond to all technical issues within 24–48 hours.

5.Chargebacks

Initiating a PayPal chargeback or credit card dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. We will contest all chargebacks and may block future purchases from the disputed account.
