Missed-Lead Audit Worksheet

Plug in your last-30-day numbers. The page calculates how many leads you're likely losing to slow follow-up, what those leads were worth, and a 0–100 response-readiness score. Math runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

Estimates are fine. Round numbers are fine. The point is the leak, not the precision.

How is this calculated? (open formula)

No black box. The math:

Qualification multipliers come from the well-known Lead Response Management Study (often re-cited via HBR): leads contacted within 5 minutes are roughly 21× more likely to qualify than leads contacted at 30 minutes; the rate decays sharply with each window. The baseline assumed here is contractor-conservative.

What this is: a static page. The form runs JavaScript locally in your browser to compute estimates. No backend. No analytics. No cookies. View source — the formula is in this file.

What it isn't: a sales call, a quote, an upsell. If you want a deeper look, the underlying experiment is documented at the ReplyPilot build log — read first, decide later.
