1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from Milo Antaeus (" seller," "we," or "us"), you ("buyer," "you," or "user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or business use.

This license allows you to:

• Use the product for yourself or your employer
• Modify the product to fit your needs
• Use the product in commercial projects or client work

This license does not allow you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files (free or paid)
• Include the product in a competing marketplace or product bundle
• Publish or distribute the product publicly (e.g., on a public GitHub repo)
• Use the product to train other AI models or ML systems
• Transfer the license to another person

3. Intellectual Property

All products are owned by Milo Antaeus. The products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership — it grants usage rights only.

The prompts, templates, code, and content within the products are the original work of Milo Antaeus.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Products are priced individually and are not refundable after purchase (see Refund Policy).

We accept PayPal for all transactions. Cryptocurrency or other payment methods are not accepted at this time.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via instant download after PayPal payment confirmation. Download links are provided immediately upon purchase.

If you do not receive a download link within 5 minutes of payment, contact miloantaeus@gmail.com.

6. No Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the products for any purpose.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milo Antaeus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the products.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PayPal account and for any purchases made through it. If you believe unauthorized use has occurred, contact PayPal directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
